Respeecher Calls on Celebrities to Speak Ukrainian Using AI Voice Generation Technology

Dozens of global celebrities and influencers used their voice to support Ukraine in this terrible war that Russia started. The war against humanity and democracy. Respeecher wants to give them a chance to use their voice in the language of the Ukrainian people, with the help of our state-of-the-art AI voice generation technology.

Nelson Mandela once said: “If you talk to a man in a language he understands, that goes to his head. If you talk to him in his own language, that goes to his heart”. We want your words of support to reach the Ukrainian hearts and make a difference not only in Ukraine, but in the world. 

Ukrainian language was one of the targets for Russia's filthy attacks, as Ukraine's land, its people, and culture. For a nation losing such a unique and distinctive feature, like their language, is a cultural genocide.

We encourage (and ask) celebrities to use their voice, their Ukrainian voice to support Ukraine and people. Respeecher's voice cloning technology will help our Hollywood army of supporters to speak Ukrainian. With the same Emmy-award-winning technology that was used in The Mandalorian and many other famous movies and TV shows.

We have already received support from several government institutions to power the information campaign. 

How does it work?

Step 1. A celebrity that decided to support the initiative approves the concept. We train our AI model to be able to convert the voice in Ukrainian. It takes 3-7 days. We show first samples and send them for approval.

Step 2. A celebrity creates a video with a message with their words of support for the Ukrainian people in English. There aren't any limitations or rules for what this message can contain. We encourage it to be personal, sincere and to include support action items. 

Step 3. We translate and create a voiceover for the message using our advanced voice cloning software. We make a video with the celebrity’s voice in Ukrainian and add English subtitles. Then we deliver it for approval.

Step 4. The celebrity posts the video on their social media channels and encourages their audience not to be silent about this war, as well as asks them to donate to Ukraine. Our hope is that in this way, Respeecher becomes a tool, not a platform. Respeecher's and Ukraine’s MFA, MDT will also share it.
